IT Support and Management 

A generic name for a systematic approach to designing, delivering, managing, and improving how firms use information technology is IT service management (ITSM) (IT). All discrete processes and activities that support a service throughout its lifecycle are included in ITSM, including asset management, knowledge management, issue and incident management, change management, and service management.

Access to information and procedures is made possible by an IT service, which can also be useful in other ways. IT services cover a variety of tasks, such as setting up and maintaining corporate software like Exchange Server, designing and improving IT infrastructure including storage, networking, and cloud resources, and creating and overseeing processes like help desk management.
